Cohort Default Prevention Webinar #1
NACCAS will be presenting two cohort default prevention webinars during August and September 2013. The two webinars will be presented by former FSA default prevention specialist John Pierson, now a private consultant in Atlanta, Georgia. The two webinars, taken together, will cover a variety of topics which will enable schools to create an effective default prevention plan.
The first session, on August 19, 2013, will cover relevant data, changes in regulation impacting cohort default rates, types of default prevention plans, and core concepts which should be included in preparing an effective plan.
You are strongly encouraged to submit any and all questions concerning default prevention prior to the August 19, 2013, webinar. Please submit your questions in writing directly to either NACCAS’s Alicia Williams, Director of Human Resources and Training at awilliams@naccas.org or to John Pierson at piersondefaultprevention@outlook.com.
